Where I Am Now

Over time, my focus has deepened. I’m most drawn to working with people in transition — those questioning long-held roles, identities, or relationships. People who sense that the life they’ve been living, or the version of themselves they’ve been performing, no longer fits.

I’m especially interested in the quiet courage it takes to question the structures we’ve been taught to trust — cultural norms, family dynamics, or internalized ideas about what a “successful life” is supposed to look like. That kind of reckoning can be disorienting, but it often marks the beginning of something more honest.

Alongside psychotherapy, I offer Akashic Integration work in collaboration with my colleague Amanda Goldwasser, who facilitates the readings. Together, we’ve created the Akashic Therapy Method — a process that explores where a soul is in its development, and what’s in the way of its growth. These sessions can also help clarify big life questions when the next step isn’t obvious.

Whether through traditional therapy or intuitive work, my intention is the same: to support people in coming into closer contact with what’s real — and to hold space for what unfolds from there.
