Get Quiet

Biggest life advice I can give you? Get quiet. 

Yes, meditating is great but I don’t even mean that. Just quiet the noise around you in your day-to-day. 

Turn off the podcasts, the audiobooks, even the music. You may habitually turn these on to accompany you in every day tasks or errands. 

The constant din keeps you in your head, out of your body. It’s wonderful to learn and improve yourself, but you don’t need to always be analyzing and figuring things out. 

Perhaps all this content is helping you avoid tuning into something internal that may be important for you to hear? 

This practice will help you slow down, quiet your mind, ease anxiety, and improve sleep. Mostly, it will help you hone your intuition and strengthen your inner voice. 

And, I promise, there’s more wisdom inside ✨ you ✨ than in all the Tik Tok videos combined.
